My last two visits were different than they used to be. One we dined in and they were out of a lot and it took forever to get our food. Second was take out the crust was like a cracker and the pizza had little taste. Not sure if it’s new owners or what but they need to step it up.
Bruchetta (so) Pizza was awsome
Online menu prices do not match in store menu prices, portions not worth the prices, food quality is not great.
STAFF VERY VERY NICE AND FOOD GREAT
Overall very good although not necessarily great pizza. my wife and I share at the 14in pizza and it was extremely filling and very good. they do have lots of indoor and outdoor seating if you're eating in and not taking out.
Don't waste your time going. We arrived at 5 minutes before 8 PM this evening. Somebody that worked there yelled for someone to lock the door when we walked in a waited to be seated. After 3 staff walked by us and didn't acknowledge us, we were told it would be a 20 minute wait. The place was BARELY half full. When I expressed that exact thing I was simply told "sorry". I've had bad service in this place before, and decided to give it one last try. I wish now I hadn't. Don't go. Would give this place negative 5 stars if I could.
5ince tha new owner5 have taken over 5hrimp alfredo come5 with no alfredo ju5t 5hrimp and 2 5ide5, have to pay extra for tha noodle5. If I were I would go to 5als rubies or pizza hut.
Food is great and our watress is always friendly and accommodating. The owner even asked us about our service while we were there.
Called for take out. Had to repeat my name 4 times she still could not get it. So I told her just forget it.
Very good food love the pizza and subs
I ordered a Philly cheese steak and I got ground beef and some sweet sauce I was very displeased
Went with the family and gf. Pretty chill place. New owner came out and wanted our opinions. Not a bad experience.
If I could give this place a zero, i would. Absolute ignorant employees. Waited for 45 minutes for an eggplant parm after picking up my other food (because they messed up my order). Was told multiple times that they were wrapping my sandwich up and they didn’t even make it in the first place. Was lied to and the food was extremely cold upon arriving at home. I’d rather have McDonalds dollar menu....
Food was fantastic! Service was wonderful and with a smile. Great prices. I would recommend this establishment to everyone!
Got the bruschetta pizza. It was really great. Our waitress was fabulous as well
We are split on this one. Some say 2 and some say 5 so being generous and giving it a 4. In my opinion it was clean and friendly but not the greatest.
Delicious Italian. Nice ambiance. The penne Alla vodka is amazing.
Brenda is fantastic. First time eating their pizza. A little to salty. Others foods good that I've had there.
Good Italian food and a nice casual atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and responsive. Decent prices for the amount of food they give you. We always enjoy eating there.
I live on the York river and I traveled 10hrs by water to a marina a few miles away. There was 4 of us on the boat and we wanted something good. We ordered over 200.00 in food and had a 50 spot 4 a tip to the delivery driver. They said it would b there n an hr.hr45 min I'll call back man said they were loading the car be there n 17 min.THEY NEVER CAME.NOR DID THEY ANSWER THE PHONE 4 THE LAST 2 BUSINESS HRS.
I love this place, it's large but still a family restaurant. Largest menu I've ever seen. Every day has a different theme, i.e., 1/2 price drinks, 2 for one pasta.... and the food is excellent!
You are hard pressed to find good restaurants in this area, especially Italian. While not fancy, Anna's is basic, decent Italian food. It is like the typical Greek strip mall diner only with Italian fare. Food was fine, service was a bit spotty, although everyone was friendly. Nothing to rave about, but nothing to really complain either.
Pizza reminded me of NY. Plain cheese personal. House salad was huge. Hubby order steak and cheese and stuffed mushrooms. It was delicious and good service as well.
Offer great food here
Had a delicious lunch here with my mom and had the most wonderful waitress! Very patient and kind about my indecisive, pregnant self taking forever to figure out what I wanted to order! It is apparently under new ownership, and one of the new owners came over and introduced herself. I really like the family atmosphere here, and the food is very good!
Ordered here a lot and had carry out too not the best Italian I have had but the best in the area. Prices are competitive.
Friendly staff and good pizza.
Overpriced for what your getting. $10 for 6 mozzarella sticks that were over cooked. After the first batch was burned. I was so mad. 12" pizza, mozzarella sticks, and 3 drinks was almost $50. Super thin crust at that. It was like something you would get from cici's I am not going back ever. Rip off
Got there an hour before their posted close time. Despite there being several people at the front counter, no one greeted us, but continued on with a conversation they were having amongst themselves. There was one lone employee in the dining room, bussing tables. This was Trevor. This is important. He looked up from his work, greeted us and sat us down. At this point I wasn't sure if he was the busser or the host. We sat to look at menus, waited a long bit. Then appeared Trevor, again, to take our order. (Now I'm really confused.) Trevor apparently was the only employee working this night, in all the stations. He took great care of us, and was friendly and professional. He did forget to put one item of our order in, but when he realized it, he quickly worked to correct the mistake, and apologized. Trevor is awesome. The food was good, but Trevor was the only saving grace on the service provided during our stay. 8/10, would go again, but only if Trevor is on shift.
Service was slow, but food was good.
Great price, good food.Service is excellent.
Delicious dishes always. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere.
Very very good,Thanks
B- rated pizza with a New York price. Digiorno pizza with few extra mushrooms and extra cheese, I think is better. I love to have friendly voice when I call in a order, but I didn't instead I got a young male acting like he was doing me favor by taking my order. $22.00 for what! Sal's next time, I guess.
We had to pizza's from there that were very good.
Anna's does offer the only pizza by the slice in the area. So that's a good thing. The food is okay. We had pizza this time but I've tried others things on prior visits. The decor is very odd to me, but the place remains popular with locals. I think the volume of food is adequate, taste-wise to me is rather ordinary. The truth be known, I havent found a truly outstanding Italian restaurant in my local travels as of yet but continue to look from Montross to Gloucester. The wait staff was sluggish and their demeanor on the lack luster side. As for prices they range from reasonable to on the higher side. Still I have a fondness for the place since it was the backdrop for a first date for me...so if you're hungry and in the mood for middle range Italian this might do nicely .
I ordered 3 strombolis about an hour ago. Definitely not worth 18.00 per stromboli. So greasy, the bottom of the stromboli was soggy, the breading on the stromboli was tasteless. Definitely will not be eating at Anna's anymore. No love or care in your cooking. Horrible experience
The customer service @ Anna's in Kilmarnock,Va was superb & my chicken wings were scrumptious. Love Anna's 🙂
Way overpriced like they want you to fund their retirement. The floor is greasy. Won't likely return. Save your money and go to Sal's. At least they treat you like family.
Taco pizza was good but order was wrong (ordered 16 inch and received a medium 14 inch) and service was terrible. No plates until 5 minutes after pizza was delivered to table and pizza took over 30 minutes to arrive after placing order. $28 for a pizza, 2 waters and 1 iced tea is too much for the overall experience today. We always try to support local businesses but may be time to head back over to Pizza Hut.
The food is pretty good here. The only issue I have is sometimes the younger and newer staff seem a little wet behind the ears. There seems to be a lot of employee turn over there. Some of the appetizers and meals are a little high in price but the food is good here.
The food was good, nice size portions, vary nice staff, and well priced Specials
Authentic Italian cuisine!! Plus they treat you like family!
We have always gone to the Anna's in Warsaw. This was our first visit at this one. We really loved it. The service was so nice and awesome and the food was fantastic
Very good service and food. Good prices
Have been eating there for years and had nothing but good experiences, but that all changed on May 31. Called an order in-was twice the amount we normally pay, plus the quality of food was horrible! One item was a grilled chicken salad-the salad contained no chicken!8 months later, tried take out again, this time for pizza. Large pizza with pepperoni & sausage. DRY, no sauce nor taste. $18.50 plus tax & was not edible!
Anna's in Kilmarmock is under new management. The pizza I got last week was superb. I was very pleased and surprised. I will be back soon
Will Burn your Pizza with Black Flakes and will not take Responsibility for it! Rude Managers and Terrible Service! Sad Restaurant!
In for lunch. The waitress was quick to greet us and take drink orders. Drinks were delivered promptly and food orders taken. Food delivered quickly and it was very good. Waitress could have been more attentive to our needs, especially drink refills.
Good. Pizza. Good. Really good hamburgers and meatball sub. Salad is fresh. Owner mingles to check on customers. Will return
